The reason I give only three stars as I’m not satisfied with my blow dry finish. Ruby was very friendly and nice throughout the treatment however she probably failed to understand my hair and scalp. I hv super thick hair , and scalp remained oily and sticky I n the back only top of the hair was cleansed well. It is also disappointing that no relaxing massage was offered through the conditioning treatment. Blowdry finishing wasn’t salon pro but was more like home styled.
