Brilliant! Absolutely love my new hair style. Jayne took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, but also explained what would or wouldn’t be possible, managing my expectations. I was offered drinks and my comfort (due to needing mobility aids) was checked on several occasions. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely go back. Thank you!
