the haircut was done to a good standard. however, it was incredibly far from what i asked for. i had a bob, and despite saying clearly that i wanted a "trim" and a "tidy up", and that i "liked the length" and was "trying to grow it out", i left with a very short pixie. rather than explain to me questions i didn't understand, decisions were made for me. it fundamentally changed the trajectory of my hair. a month later and i am still devastated and highly self conscious. will not come back.
