This was my second time at the salon. Format time loved it. Second time not as much, left happy in the end but the stylist needed a lot of direction and I felt she was too junior to take full appointments. Nevertheless she was lovely and pleasant. Took directions from Senior stylists and in the end I liked the result.

Jayne was great. My hair was brittle and had extreme dry ends after they ruined my hair in another hair salon.Jayne saved it and given me the best hair cut I had in recent years. She was lovely too. I’ll sure come back for more hair cuts with her.
