I asked for a brown balayage but I ended up getting red highlights which was disappointing. The staff and atmosphere were lovely but my hair treatment was not great. I paid £115 and I don’t think it was worth it for what I got. I didn’t realise until I left the salon that my hair had streaks of red instead of blended brown.
