Colour used was too dark compared to natural colour, and even my skin round and ears was died. After wash, my hair looks like terrible plastic doll with very dark colour, without any natural looks to it. would never dare visit again.

I only needed a simple straight cut. Now my hair looks like it's been cut by a kid. They hair dresser was lovely but definitely won't be going back, I have to now tie my hair up everyday, that's how bad the haircut was.
