After waiting over 30 minutes for Lisa to start my cut I left with wet hair as it didn’t look like her other appointment would finish any time soon. I rescheduled my appointment for the following day and was in two minds whether to go back. I did but wish I hadn’t. My cut and blow dry took 30 minutes which translates to an hourly rate of £120 but my cut certainly doesn’t reflect that and my fringe could appear in an instagram clip. It will thankfully grow back but I will not go back

I booked my daughter in here for her first haircut. Unfortunately the stylist didn't really acknowledge or say hello to her and seemed quite annoyed. I appreciate children find it difficult to sit still but shouldn't offer kid cuts if this is service
