The staff here are very professional and make you feel at ease straightaway. Service was very quick on arrival. Olivia was very warm and friendly, we had a great conversation. She was open to my suggestions for the haircut and made a couple of suggestions which I appreciated. My hair looks shiny and healthy. The hair up was perfect for a wedding, It looked stylish and held all night. I got so many compliments on the night, thank you once again.

Gabrielle was really accommodating. She wanted to ensure the massage room was nice and warm, and took great care in ensuring I was comfortable. The massage was really good and it was clear she cared about what she does. Above all, she was really friendly - we chatted the whole time!
