The place is clean and pleasant, ladies are quite nice but I didn't like my hair cut. It was supposed to be a simple layers. My hair is cut completely straight and layers are very uneven. I will have to go somewhere else now to fix it. In addition, my hair cut took longer than expected and the next customer was waiting. I felt rushed out. I didn't even got a chance to properly check my hair. The hairdresser didn't show me the mirror from the back. Poor experience.

I can't say I've ever looked forward to a back wax before but this was much more comfortable than any I've had before. I switched boutiques when I wanted to use a more local service after covid and was delighted with my experience here. Definitely my boutique of choice from now on. Recommended.
