Booked pedicure & manicure. Everyone in the salon was lovely but clear they were really running behind and rushed. I'd booked to see Jo, but saw someone else. The woman doing my pedicure started by using a razor and badly cut the heel of my foot, causing a lot of pain and blood. She was extremely apologetic (and was mortified) but it's for this reason I wouldn't return. The final manicure/ pedicure was fine, the beautician was a nice woman but I've been left in pain & this is unacceptable, sadly

I would never go anywhere else now for a wax. Gaby is fantastic. The quickest, painless wax around. I have been going to Gaby for just over a year now and would recommend her services.
