I went for the Reiki experience to relax and switch off. The experience was pleasant enough however, as a practitioner performing relaxing treatments I would advise arriving at least 15mins before your first client to avoid setting up whilst I'm in there, also to switch your phone off completely. Throughout the whole session all I could hear was phone vibrations every few minutes (I purposely put mine on airplane mode to avoid such distractions.) Safe to say I left the session more stressed
