The whole experience was amazing. Michelle sat down beforehand and explained each step to me and what I might feel. I definitely finished the treatment feeling relaxed and recharged.
The bottle of water and nice tumeric tea for later that night was a great touch.
First time there but wont be my last - highly recommend.

I had the Love Yourself treatment which was excellent. Fantastic massage, followed by a head massage and foot reflexology treatment. I left feeling very relaxed and calm.
