Had a really good experience during the facial (so relaxing and great environment!), however at the end not all the mask and exfoliant had been taken off. I got home and had to do some scrubbing as it was caked in my eyebrows and some in my ears, which wasnât ideal. Also had some panda eyes from residue mascara (Iâd been out before the facial so had worn make up in, which I was told wasnât an issue) was surprised it hadnât been fully removed. Kind of took some of the shine off the experience.
