Very unhappy with my gel manicure. The application was sloppy and left me with bumpy looking nails. Leftover colour from my previous manicure is visible under the new coat. Nails started chipping less than a week later. When I complained in store I was told that I would get a refund but it never came through.
Veil was lovely but it took ages, the polish wasnt setting or something, it was dripping and had to be removed and re-done on three nails and then a massive chunk of polish came off one of my nails the very same day... the manicure lasted all of three/four days before it started looking like it had been on for two weeks. I didn’t go back because I didn’t want to sit in the chair for another hour and a half
Veli is my new go to manicurist! A pleasure to chat to, and she puts a lot of care and incredible attention to detail into her work. Highly recommended.
I came to this studio for a gel mani and was more than happy with the service. Veli is doing an amazing job, paying so much attention to detail and leaving me with a stunning result - will definitely be back soon!
