Waiting 30 mins for my appointment which I took time off work for. Hairdresser seemed new, not confident with what he was doing, which made me nervous. When I got home I noticed my highlights looked slightly ginger & didn't match my blonde lengths. I had to immediately buy a purple toning mask despite paying extra for toner. Also I asked for 2 inches to be cut off & my hair looks the same length as it did before (I couldn't tell until the next day when my hair was straight).
Not worth the £200

My first experience at the salon was incredibly positive. Masi is an amazing nail technician. She's a great conversationalist and pays close attention to your preferences, ensuring that you're 100% satisfied with your nail shape and colour. There's also such a nice variety of nude and pastel colours, which is great.
