No matter who does my hair they're always amazing, but Emma always does it exactly how I like it and makes the experience so easy, whether I'm in the mood to chat, or if I need to get some work done and be left to it. The girls are all so friendly, playlist was sensational, and I trust them all implicitly with my hair!

Booked this salon on the day without having been there previously. I took in a picture of the style I wanted and the lady talked me through it. I was absolutely thrilled with the result and was even better than I thought it would be.

Listened very carefully to what I was hoping for and explained my anxieties around haircuts and she reassured me throughout and made sure I was happy before every process of the haircut. Very lovely and kind !! My layers are outstanding.
