Wash was nice but felt like the blow dry could have been better, I think she wasn’t use to working with long hair. Too much hairspray used as well left my hair crispy rather than bouncy

Really lovely haircut by Emma, very attentive and made sure I was happy with the length as layers got added and tailored as we went. Wish I was local, this would have been my go to salon for all future haircuts
