The welcoming was a bit weird, the hairdressers looked at me but no one came to me or said hello. The haircut was exactly what I asked for so happy on that end

Great cut. Stylist listened to what I wanted and also had suggestions to make sure it looked good. I wasn’t offered anything to drink, like coffee or water, which was the only thing which I would say would improve the experience overall.
