It was totally fine but I asked for a big and bouncy blow dry and the blow dry she did looked lovely but it wasn’t ‘big and bouncy’ and therefore it fell out pretty quickly, when my hair generally holds them very well, so by the time I was at the wedding at 4pm, it was barely in any more so it was just a waste of £30.
