When I got to the venue, I was asked to take a seat. Only 20 minutes later I was once again approached, being told there was a mistake in the booking system. I waited over 30 minutes to start my treatment... Hair wash was quick and without the head massage I get other places. Haircut was ok, but a bit rushed... Unfortunately I won't recommend, which is a shame as this could have been my new local.

The stylist took her time to understand what I wanted. However, I don't think she actually checked my hair type. It was a Saturday and it was obvious that she was on a rush.
