Very disappointed. Nadia has spent 20min (during the time I booked) on another customer who was doing some more time consuming (expensive) treatment. After someone washed my hair, I waited for 10min until she came because she was looking after someone else. Then after started, she literally cut my left side hair and left me there for another10min to take care of the other customer. I feel very disrespected and don’t know the reason why I have to be treated unfairly and unprofessionally.

Had a lovely wash, haircut & blow dry with Lauren. I come to The One Salon regularly for a touch up and I'm always very satisfied with my haircut. Always a pleasant experience when Lauren is doing my hair, she's fab. Thank you again for another amazing haircut, super happy!
