Great service as usual! The salon was very clean, all staff wore masks and hand sanitiser was provided, thank you!
Megan was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. However, my balayage didn’t go well. I was left with orange tones throughout my hair which I didn’t notice till I’d gone home and properly looked at my hair. My hair does have quite a lot of warmth to it but it looked horrible close up. Then I had to spend an extra £140 at another salon getting it fixed and managed to get the colour I initially asked for without the orange!

Nadia is incredibly attentive and always gives you exactly what you ask for. Very happy with the end result, thank you! The only piece of feedback I had was for the employee who washed my hair (Ella?). Although lovely, I felt she needed a bit more training, specifically on how to deal with curly hair (which always needs to be patted dry, NEVER roughly towel dried as that causes frizz). While washing and combing my hair she yanked it quite a bit which really hurt, until Megan stepped in.
