Booked a dry cut on my lunch break at work (nice and quick), and saw Lauren who was friendly, skilled, and very keen to ensure I was happy with the result - which I definitely was. She didn't even mind me asking for a further half inch off after she'd already cut and perfectly lined up the whole lot, she simply got the clips back out and started taking off a bit more. One of the best hairdressing experiences I've had in a while. Highly recommended.
