Lauren was amazing, so good at asking me what I wanted and checking up on me throughout the process. Very chatty and still professional, a great haircut but a great hairdresser!

I had never had a spray tan before, although I know the therapist, Katy, as she does my eyebrows. She explained everything well and made me feel comfortable during the process, and best of all the tan looked incredible and very natural. I got so many compliments! Day 4 and still looking good. Think the whole process took maybe 20 minutes. Can't recommend The One and Katy enough! (She also does brilliant eyebrow/eyelash tints).
