Lauren's the best! I wasn't sure what I wanted and Lauren asked me a bunch of questions about how I usually wear it and what I wish was different about my hair, and then did a great cut with long layers. Also taught me some tricks for "going out" hair! All for £35. Total bargain - I'll definitely be coming back.
