The chair was so so uncomfortable, I had back ache the whole time, it also wasn’t fixed to the floor and neither was the the guy who was doing my nails’ block so I kept slowly sliding away from him. I was squished in a scorned the entire time. He was rummaging through a basket that looked really grubby and dirty for parts. They also didn’t get the dead skin off my feet either… I do t think I’ll go back :(

I arrived for my appointment and the shutter was down. Had to phone the salon to be let in. The nail tech was not the one I had booked. I could hear the kettle boiling in the back and then the staff member came out with a scholl foot bath and I was told to put my feet in. It was obvious then that water from the kettle was poured into it and it was far too hot! He then poured water from a bottle in to cool it down. He took a pair of gloves from the bin and tore up a newspaper to put on his lap.
