Hi attended the salon for my booked and paid appointment at 6.45pm to find the salon was closed with shutter done and tried to call with no sucess

They were not expecting me, cut my cuticles too short and made me bleed, the paint job wasn’t great either, ended up with varnish over my fingers

I am still waiting for my refund. Paid for nail appointment and turned up and no-one was there. Was told they’d processes the refund and I have not reviewed a penny of it.
