Got there for my appointment time 930 . Supposed to be open from 9 on Saturday waited till 10.15 no one turned up. So have not had my appointment and paid £15 . Phoned several times no answer machine . Very annoying. Hope get my money back . Left this so no one else books .

Difficult to leave a review about a treatment you didn’t get. Turned up for my appointment to be told there are no nail technicians on site and of course the manager wasn’t around.

Th therapist didn't even bother showing up for the appointment then when I tried to get a refund I was ignored. Had to get Treatwell to sort the refund out for me in the end.

I booked an app @6pm I called in the morning to confirm & was hoping I could come sooner. I called from 10am til 2pm no answer. Finally my call was answered by the beautician she said she only worked til 10-3 & would not be able to do my appointment. I was offered another appointment for the next day but I was flying out so this wouldn’t do. I asked for the manager to call me & process a refund no call back no refund! Treatwell why are you promoting this co pls give people their money back!!

Turned up 10 mins before appointment and the shutter was down and looked as though they were closed so tried phoning and no answer.
