After some bad experiences at other hairdressers, I was nervous about my restyle with Charlotte. She was a great listener, discussed what I wanted and made suggestions so the cut would suit me better. Charlotte has great technique and the result is a super cute haircut that works with my hair. She spent the extra time to get the cut just right and it shows. Highly recommend!
