Love having my hair done by Lou, you really feel looked after. I have lots of colours in my hair and Lou always embraces the challenge and lets her creative side explore the options. My hair not only looks amazing but always feels amazing when I leave the salon. Lou is such a lovely person really look forward to my visits 😍

Decided to treat myself because I never do and felt like I needed one. I have fine hair which was all one length just past my shoulders and i had slightly grown out curtain bangs that needed connecting to the rest of the haircut. I wanted some long layers cut in and some face framing. Told the stylist this and showed her some instagram videos of haircuts similar. I left the salon with short layers which don’t blend with the rest of the haircut. Hair is now ruined and is too thin :(
