I have had IPL treatment under my arms which was a complete success. I am having my bikini area done now which I am thrilled with too. I love going to Louise James it's such a lovely place. It's very friendly and I am able to chat to the lady who does my treatment like a friend she is so sweet. I have also had pedicures, back scrub, manicures and a back massage here which I would recommend also and recently had a facial which I haven't had in 20 years as I have sensitive skin, needn't have worried though as always the treatment was brilliant and will definitely be having facials on a regular basis.

As an older lady (but this does not mean I have to turn into a bag lady!) I have been going to Louise James for over 6 years now for a variety of treatments. The massages are to die for (would highly recommend the fully body massage which leaves you so relaxed and peaceful it has to be better than mediation!) ; when it is time to hit the beach or sometimes just for a special occasion I will have a spray tan where friends will comment you are looking great where have you been on holiday - that's now natural it is - do believe it is down to the therapist applying the tan and not just the product (thank you to Kim!). Waxing - not everyone's favourite but thanks to the girls my moustache is invisible and my underarms means you can wave your arms in the air and not be embarrassed; and even at my age I do have a Brazilian in prep for my holidays - Gemma ensures there is no embarrassment, no pain, no swelling, thoroughly professional and no fuss - thank you. Another treat to myself are gel nails - I have had many gel nail applications done, mainly Vietnamese conveyor belt salons but they do not last and start to peel/chip in clumps a week in, however I treated myself at Louise James to a gel nails treatment and three weeks in still going strong and the only reason they will need doing is down to nail growth - would highly recommend. Pedicure - relaxing almost the same affect as their body massages - again, would high recommend. Just love the girls at Louise James, excellent therapists, clean and spotless salon, professional yet friendly and caring and just go that extra mile to ensure your beauty treatment is a special one. I have been visiting this salon for over 6 years now as it's absolutely fantastic. I always receive excellent treatments and am very well taken care of by the lovely ladies here. The salon is very welcoming, clean and relaxing and whichever treatment I have, is always executed to a very high standard.
I have regular waxing done here, but have also had manicures, a facial and a body scrub. I'm always very happy with the results and have had great treatments leading up to my wedding and also during my pregnancy . You feel unique here and never like just a customer.

I work in Central London and am surrounded by various salons and nail-bars, but since visiting Louise James Health & Beauty, and becoming used to their exceptional levels of service and expertise, the other salons pale in comparison!
When I give Louise James Healthy & Beauty 5 stars for the salon and the treatments I've had there, I promise you, they have earned every single one!
Louise has treated me literally, from head-to-toe, for a number of years, and has been welcoming, professional, (and discreet!) at all times. Always putting me at my ease, reassuring me, joking with me and sparing my blushes during more intimate treatments (St Tropez tans, waxing, and Laser Hair Removal, to name a few!)
The treatments on offer are varied and Louise and her therapists are always one-step ahead of the current trends for treatments, technology and of course their amazing array of nail colours!
And when booking your treatments, everyone is extremely knowledgeable, so if you have any questions you know you can trust them, and you're never made to feel foolish for asking.
Louise and her Team are friendly and welcoming, and make you feel included as soon as you walk through the door. You are never rushed in, or rushed out. If you want to take 5mins with a cup of tea whilst your nails dry or just hang-out because you're enjoying the chat, you're welcome to. And if you're in a hurry and need to get in and out, they are effortlessly efficient and will get you on your way, as soon as they can. Visiting the salon is always a pleasure and I always look forward to my next visit.

I love the ambience and luxury that this salon offers. I have also hired it out for birthday parties and hen do's and everyone always comments on how relaxed they feel afterwards. It really is a treat going to Louise James Health and Beauty but the prices are so good that it doesn't break the bank or leave you feeling guilty for spending the money. I go every 2-3 weeks and look forward to having a little respite amongst all the other craziness in my life. Although I live almost an hour away, I am willing to travel because I know I won't get the level of service, professionalism and expertise in my treatments anywhere else. I thoroughly recommend this salon to anyone.
