I have been a regular client at Louise James for a long time, she is very approachable and makes you feel comfortable during treatment. Also helpful with advice when asked. I would recommended this salon as I am always satisfied with my treatments.

I originally booked a CACI facial with Louise but after having a consultation with her and telling her my skin concerns (fine lines) and what I wanted to achieve, she suggested a different treatment (hyaluronic acid facial, not sure of the exact name). She is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is clean, chic and relaxing. I enjoyed my treatment and will definitely be rebooking again!

Louise was amazing. Being my first treatment since lockdown I was quite nervous. Louise put me totally at ease and I was reassured and relaxed within seconds. My treatment was enjoyable and Louise explained the precautions that were in place and relevant to my treatment. I have always loved going to Louise for treatments as the environment and treatments are amazing and so enjoyable. I am glad to start going back again and know that I am totally safe as well as totally pampered thank you Louise.

AMAZING! Super clean salon, everything sanitised.This was my first treatment since covid restrictions were lifted and I'm so glad I chose Louise! Beautiful mani, can't wait to go back in a few weeks! X
