I'm never disappointed! Delighted with my recent haircut and colour. Louise suggests small subtle changes which really work. Took the plunge and went PINK which Louise and Channel said would look cool. I got a bit of a shock when I first saw it but 2 days later and I'm loving it. The staff are all friendly and take an interest.
