Louise was amazing. I’ve not been able to get my hair cut for almost a year so it badly needed it. She took excellent care of me did her best to save my length and was so kind and chatty throughout. Very patient with me and my assistance dog. I also highly recommend asking for the head spa add on - it’s a dream and my hair has never felt healthier 😍
