Brand new do and colour done by Louise. Bless her, she spent the evening before planning her approach. That’s excellent customer service right there!!! In the chair for 5.5 hours, Louise explained every step she was taking and why. Not once was I clock watching due to the attentiveness and the inclusion of Louise and her team. Absolutely delighted with my new look. Thanks again, Louise.
