I always get Amy to cut my hair. She knows my style and my hair and is quite happy to make tweaks based on what I want and what will suit me. She’s friendly, chatty and great customer service. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and my cup of tea!

My one major gripe is that I was not allowed to use my £30 voucher to put towards my £65 bill. This was because this time around I had booked my appt over the phone as needed to clarify what I was getting done and therefore my voucher was not redeemable at the salon. If I had booked online it would have been ok.Makes no sense. Not happy.
