Wasn't thrilled with my colour, after giving this feedback I did get another apt to get it fixed however as I didn't book in for a blow dry when I was coming back to get my hair fixed I was sent home with soaking wet hair (whilst snowing outside) would of thought my hair would of atleast been dried to ensure I was happy with the colour after having it fixed. Bit disappointed with the overall experience.
