Louise always remembers the tones of how I love my hair, whilst maintaining the strength and protection as my hair has become weaker since having children, especially at the front with regrowth etc. My hair has never been the thickest but I’ve a lot of it and Louise always has me looking and feeling amazing leaving the salon, her product knowledge on what works best for my type of hair is 100 per cent and the difference those products have made to my hair is brilliant.
