I’ve never had a hairdresser do exactly what i asked for, but Louise was great! Before i got in the chair we had a thorough consultation and she asked me specific questions to understand what i really wanted. She was lovely even while doing the cut, we had a great conversation! i’ve had so many compliments on my hair so far xx
