My 2 year old daughter had her first haircut with Chanel. She was very apprehensive because she doesn't like her hair being touched, but Chanel was amazing with her, talked to my daughter throughout and helped her relaxed. She was also very excited afterwards to show everyone her pretty new now that Chanel put in her hair.

Louise has been my hairdresser for over 15 years. There’s no-one better. She’s an expert at colour and cuts and always listens carefully to what I’m looking for and gives great advice. The salon is gorgeous and has a friendly relaxed vibe. Can’t recommend Louise enough.

All staff smile and say hello when you arrive. The atmosphere is a happy one which means staff are happy. Leah is the best stylist I have ever had. She will give you what you ask and take the time to listen.
