This business operates from a private house, so the ambience is not spa/salon. However it is clean and tidy. Lou is businesslike and professional but also friendly and chatty, which helps her clients relax. The waxing service was done exactly how I wanted and was quick and efficient. I've paid less elsewhere but this is local to me, an appointment was available same day (not always the case with salons) and I was happy with the service. I will be going back.
