Went to get a head and neck massage (included upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, and scalp). Nice lady but the treatment was WAYYYYYY too rough - not gentle or relaxing at all. She was pretty much literally pulling my hair out at one point. And it felt like she was rushing through the whole thing bc her technique was so aggressive. She needed to slow down to say the least. Not going back. Sorry
