The therapist was very polite and had great face massage technique, the venue itself is very quiet and clean which is always relaxing.
However I felt that the skin “cleansing” part of the facial was not as thorough as I would have liked, ideally I would have preferred more focus on removing the blackheads and really getting all of the things out
