I have been going to this salon for various treatments, including my gel manicure for a few years now and I have always had a lovely experience. Jenna and Sarb both do an excellent job whatever I am having done and are extremely welcoming, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They really focus on you the whole time, listen to you and show a real interest. I always leave feeling really pampered and positive. I would highly recommend Lotus to anyone.

Sarb was very warm and welcoming. She asked the right Q's at the start of treatment which meant she adjusted the massage type to suit my needs more. I'm 14 months post partum and still breast feeding so my back and shoulders have really taken a beating this past year. Not only did I feel like a new woman when leaving, the pain had subsided considerably. We connected well and I felt a heavy load lift off me straight away mentally and physically. I will definitley be booking back in with her.
