Jenna was lovely. She was very professional, explained the difference between the options (gel/shellac/biab) and recommended a nice colour. She did a brilliant job and I am so pleased with my French polish. Had a lovely chat while she was doing it too. Will definitely be back when my nails need backfilling 🙂.

Came here for a men’s back and upper arm wax as my previous salon in Coventry has recently shut. I must say that I’m glad I found Lotus and will definitely be coming back. Sarb was incredibly friendly and did a great job. I can honestly say I don’t have a single complaint. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
