Jenna is lovely, professional and friendly and makes you feel really cared for. She always does a fantastic job on my nails and they last for weeks. I really enjoy the whole experience of going to Lotus, it is a real pleasure.

I had a very relaxing massage from Evie, she has excellent well skilled techniques, and was very professional and friendly too. The time wasn't rushed and I left feeling much more relaxed.

Jenna was lovely. She was very professional, explained the difference between the options (gel/shellac/biab) and recommended a nice colour. She did a brilliant job and I am so pleased with my French polish. Had a lovely chat while she was doing it too. Will definitely be back when my nails need backfilling 🙂.
