Closed Spa, No appointment, no answer on the phone. I arrived at the address given for the “spa” which was listed as a home address but there was no one there. I attempted to contact Magda a number of times via phone, I left 3 voicemails and a text message and had no response. No appointment. I waited for 20 minutes for a response and didn’t get one. At best unprofessional, at worst, rude.

My deep tissue massage from Maggie felt more like a healing ceremony. She was applied the perfect amount of pressure to areas of back pain and tension. The whole experience was very relaxing and therapeutic. Will be coming again

Fantastic massage. I booked for an Indian head massage but also got a back and neck massage. Honestly amazing and I felt so relaxed. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you Maggie

Magda did THE BEST massage I have ever had ... It was caring, great energy, relaxing, amazing I am so impressed ! It being from hone I was nervous as never been to anyone's home but honestly this massage could have been in a bin bag I wouldn't care it was AMAZING

Very misleading advert - this is not Lotus Day Spa and is not the location in the pictures. The treatment was run out of the lady's home, which unfortunately was nothing like the pictures suggested. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was asked to come back in 15 minutes so she could tidy up. Not very professional. I would not suggest booking.
