Bharti was so lovely. She always made sure i was comfortable about the treatments were okay for me. She was friendly and professionaland knows her stuff! First facial ever and it was just amazing. My skin looks great right now. Deffo going back.

I've always been weary of brazilian waxes because of how painful they can be if not done well, but honestly Bharti was AMAZING. She uses great quality wax and is very careful and reassuring, it was a very pleasant experience. She also threaded and tinted my eyebrows and I'm so happy with the result, its given me such a confidence boost! I'm making Lotus Beauty my go to salon, its worth every single penny :)
