Charlotte is very welcoming and puts you at ease. She has a beautiful treatment room, that smells lovely and has relaxing music. Charlotte is a perfectionist and pays great attention to detail. She is also a wealth of knowledge with regards to beauty treatments and healthy eating - I love our chats!
