I had a pedicure with Arta, she was very friendly and welcoming. The end result was amazing, she was very attentive and thorough, really happy with the end result. Lossyma spa has an amazing calming atmosphere and can't wait to go back. I also had my eyebrows done at the same time and super happy with the end result, eyebrows look natural with well defined shape.

I love this salon! I have been coming here for nearly a year since I moved to London and Mariama is so lovely and brilliant. I have recently had my brows done by Sanaz too and have to say, her threading skills are amazing! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend.

I hate to leave a bad review but I want to make sure it doesn’t happen to someone else. I’ve been left with extremely burned red eyebrows and upper lip, with what seems to be skin ripped off. The actual wax itself and the staff are great, however it was only after I pointed out the scars on my skin that I was asked about what medication I am using. I didn’t know that retinol can cause this and have never had this issue. They should ask this before the wax, rather than blaming the customer after
