Salon is great, clean and very welcoming but I found the massage a bit mechanical, rather than a soothing, relaxing experience (which is what I was after). It would be nice to have the lights dimmed for instance, towels or a small pillow to support your neck while on your back, and a towel to wipe off excess oil before you put your clothes on again. I’m also used to a consultation beforehand to discuss problem areas or injuries. Lovely friendly staff, but think my next visit might be a manicure!
